We are not one style of barbecue. We’re a selection of the best styles from all regions of BBQ. All our meats are dry rubbed and smoked with care for as long as it takes… often up-to 16 hours. Our Smoker Ruby, was fabricated in Mesquite Texas. Built by true craftsman who understand what it takes to engineer a world class machine. Ruby is fueled by locally sourced red oak and holds up to 650 lbs of different cuts at any give time.
